Ho Chi Minh City FC (HCMC FC) contacted Sint-Truidense to buy Cong Phuong for the next season 2020.
HCMC FC is actively seeking new faces to add up to their squad for the next season campagin 2020, which they will join many important tournament.
The hottest name rumored to join HCMC FC is forward Cong Phuong. The Nghe An-born forward is unable to find a place in Sint-Truidense. He came off the bench in the Sint-Truidense vs Club Brugge match then was benched for a long time.
Evenmore, acting manager Nicky hayen didn’t register his name on the list in the recent matches. Cong Phuong nearly disappears in the Belgium team. Facing the fact that Cong Phuong is truggling to finding a suitable berth, HCMC FC contacted Sint-Truidense.

According to On Sports, HCMC FC leaders confirmed its’ negotiation with Sint-Truidense to suy Cong Phuong. It is expected that Sint-Truidense will reply the V-League runner up next week.
Since Hanoi FC is unable to join the AFC Champions League play-off, HCMC FC will be Vietnamese representative to join the biggest continential tournament. HCMC will play in AFC Cup if they are disqualified.
Thereby, HCMC should improve their quality. They just sign contract with Bui Tien Dung, take Le Van Son and Le Duc Luong on loan, sign with Vo Huy Toan. It is also rumored that South Korean former midfielder Lee Jung-soo will join the coaching staff with manager Chung Hae-seong.
